Kiln AI is a workbench for building and improving AI systems, combining dataset management, evaluations, prompt and agent optimization, synthetic data generation and fine-tuning in one desktop app. An open-source MIT-licensed Python library deploys the resulting tasks in production, and the tool works with models from many providers, locally or in the cloud. Datasets stay on the user's machine and sync through their own git repository.
