About FreeScout

FreeScout is a self-hosted customer support application that gives teams a shared mailbox and help desk similar to Zendesk or Help Scout, centred on email. Agents can assign conversations, add internal notes, use saved replies and collaborate on tickets while customers simply send and receive ordinary emails. Because you host it yourself, there are no per-agent fees. It suits small businesses and support teams that want professional ticketing without a subscription help desk.
