About Kilo

Kilo is an open-source AI coding agent that runs in VS Code and compatible editors, JetBrains IDEs, the terminal, the cloud and Slack. Its specialized agents write and refactor production code, plan features, debug errors and answer questions about a codebase, with access to hundreds of models or bring-your-own API keys at no markup. Prompts stay visible, local models are supported, and Kilo says it never trains on user code.
