FlashcardX

Open-source AI flashcard generator from pasted text excerpts

About FlashcardX

FlashcardX is an open-source web app that turns a pasted excerpt from an article or textbook into vocabulary flashcards for test preparation. A credits counter on the homepage tracks remaining generations, signed-in users save decks under My Flashcards to revisit before an exam, and a free Learn Mode supports review. The project is developed in the open on GitHub and tied to the Jotted micro-learning community, with no paid plans offered.
