Craftplan is a self-hosted, open-source ERP built for artisanal manufacturers such as bakeries, breweries and soap makers, unifying catalog and versioned bills of materials, inventory with lot traceability, orders, production planning and purchasing, plus a built-in CRM. Written in Elixir with Phoenix LiveView and PostgreSQL, it deploys as a single Docker container under AGPLv3 with no SaaS fees.
